WHO WE ARE (AND WHAT WE PROVE)

Some people think you can’t teach hands-on, practical trades online. We’re here to prove them wrong.

We’ve built a system that works. Clear lessons. Practical, real-world tasks. Expert feedback. Dedicated support. When you put those together, online learning starts to feel a lot more hands-on.

We started in France, supporting over 20,000 learners to master new crafts with an incredible 98% exam pass rate. Now, we are bringing our proven model to the UK to help a new generation of learners build real skills, change direction, and take their futures into their own hands.

To do that, we need the best in the business. We need a true expert who wants to share his knowledge.

🎯 The Mission

Join us and play a key role in expanding our business in the UK market. Your challenge: 100% closing / ZERO prospecting!

As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role as our ambassador—you are the first and last point of contact for prospects before they launch into their training program.

The Team

- Work alongside the Business Development team, Team Leaders, and the Head of Sales.
- Collaborate with all company departments (Marketing, Finance, Student Support, etc.).
- Join a young, fun, and supportive team eager to welcome new team members.

What You’ll Do:

- Contact incoming B2C leads from our UK market marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.).
- Understand prospective students' goals to recommend the right training program and answer their questions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Proactively suggest improvements to our sales process.

👉 Your challenge is to help drive our hypergrowth and scale L'atelier des Chefs!

- Comfortable on the phone and able to tailor your pitch.
- Solution-oriented and proactive.
- Interested in the education and training sector.
- Autonomous, with a strong team spirit.

👉 Knowledge of the UK market is a definite plus!

💪 By joining L'atelier des Chefs, you are joining a growing company focused on manual trades and human-centered professions!
