Team Overview
Sales Director

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
· Lead complex, consultative sales pursuits from opportunity origination through discovery, solution shaping, commercial negotiation and closure.
· Engage senior stakeholders across business, risk, analytics, technology, data, legal, procurement and compliance, and align them around a clear value case for TruIQ.
· Translate client priorities into platform and analytics propositions spanning acquisition, underwriting, new-to-credit assessment, portfolio management, early warning, collections and other credit decisioning use cases.
· Develop compelling value propositions, executive presentations, proposals and business cases that demonstrate measurable business outcomes, adoption pathways and scalability.
· Lead platform demonstrations, solution workshops and proof-of-value discussions, ensuring that TruIQ is positioned as an enterprise capability rather than a one-off analytical engagement.
· Navigate long-cycle enterprise sales, multiple decision makers, information-security reviews, contracting and implementation dependencies while maintaining deal momentum and executive sponsorship.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
· Position alternate data as a strategic complement to bureau and first-party data, articulating where it can improve coverage, insight or decisioning for defined credit use cases.
· Demonstrate practical understanding of alternate-data categories, signal availability, data quality, consent, permitted purpose, privacy and model governance considerations relevant to financial institutions.
· Work with clients to identify use cases where alternate data can create incremental value, define evaluation criteria and develop a commercially viable path from exploration to scaled adoption.
· Represent INDAS credibly in conversations with senior risk, analytics, data and compliance stakeholders, avoiding unsupported claims and ensuring client propositions remain evidence-led and appropriately governed.
· Build market understanding and client confidence through thought-leadership forums, industry roundtables, workshops and partner engagements.
Cross-functional Leadership and Go-to-Market
· Partner with multiple departments to shape solutions that are client-relevant, deliverable and scalable.
· Translate market feedback into prioritised product requirements, reusable analytical offerings, partnership needs and go-to-market interventions.
· Create a disciplined pursuit and governance rhythm covering pipeline quality, deal progression, revenue forecasting, commercial dependencies and post-sale adoption.
· Ensure effective transition from sale to implementation, with clear scope, success measures, commercial commitments and ownership across teams.
· Coach sales and account teams on TruIQ, analytics and alternate-data positioning, and raise organisational capability for consultative solution selling.
Leadership and Governance
· Operate as a senior leader within INDAS, setting a high bar for client credibility, commercial discipline, collaboration and execution.
· Build, lead and develop a high-performing platform and analytics sales capability as the business scales, with clear accountabilities and performance expectations.
· Ensure proposals, contracts, sales practices and client commitments are aligned to applicable internal governance, information-security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate management reporting, deal documentation and risk visibility, and drive timely resolution of issues that may affect revenue or client outcomes.
