This role is part of the Ecommerce and Digital team, Enabling our sales and marketing campaigns across our websites.

This role in summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our digital team as an Ecommerce Webmaster. This hands-on role involves managing various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our online store. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Your responsibilities will include

- You are bringing our ecommerce strategy to life together with a team of enthusiasts!
- Collaborating with the development team to open, track, and prioritize epics, user stories, and tickets related to
website enhancements, bug fixes, and other operational improvements.
- Maintaining a comprehensive checklist to ensure all necessary tasks and steps are completed accurately and
on time during website updates, launches, or promotional campaigns.
- Utilizing the VTEX platform to set up and configure promotional offers.
- Conducting thorough testing of website functionalities, promotions, and user flows in both staging and
production environments to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Providing detailed briefings to external teams regarding upcoming website updates, promotions, or changes to
ensure proper communication and alignment with customer support and sales teams.
- Verifying the successful deployment of website updates or new features across all targeted sites on the
designated go-live date, conducting final checks to ensure proper functionality.
- Assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, customer complaints, or other operational challenges that may
arise during daily website operations, collaborating with relevant teams to find effective solutions.
- Collaborating with the localization team to ensure accurate translation of website content into different
languages, maintaining consistency and quality across all translated versions.
- Organizing and maintaining a structured file system on Google Drive or similar platforms to manage and share
assets and documents effectively within the team.
- Requesting and reviewing translations of website or CRM content for specific local markets to ensure accuracy,
relevance, and cultural appropriateness.
- Benchmark competition and share information with ecommerce stakeholders.
- Reviewing and approving localized assets, including images, videos, and banners, to ensure they meet brand
guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Managing the visual elements of the website, including product listing pages (PLP), mega menu design, new
arrival visuals, and implementing grey badges for specific promotions or product labels.

Minimum requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools

Preferred skills and experiences

- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as VTEX
- Experienced in working with a CMS is pre
- Has worked with a collaboration tool like Jira
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data clearly
- Masters English in wording and writing. Proficiency in French and or Dutch is a plus
