Job Summary

The Sr. Product Manager for Private Passport Platform is responsible for defining and delivering the technical strategy. This role partners with the Lead Product Manager, engineering, architecture, operations, security, and risk teams to drive platform modernization, enterprise integrations, cloud adoption, scalability, and operational resiliency.

In addition to product ownership, this role provides program management oversight across complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple teams, stakeholders, and technology domains. The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for managing priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones while ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives and deliver a secure, resilient, and seamless digital experience for clients.

Major Duties

- Define and manage the technical product roadmap, prioritizing platform modernization, integrations, APIs, and cloud-based capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into epics, features, and user stories for agile teams.
- Drive project and program governance activities, including planning, prioritization, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive communications.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive platform performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence through data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and security requirements.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives related to platform enhancements, technical debt reduction, and infrastructure modernization.
- Monitor platform health, adoption, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably supporting digital platforms or enterprise technology products.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and cross-functional programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and technology initiatives.
- Proven project and program management skills, including roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and prioritization.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, system integrations, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with security, risk, compliance, and governance requirements in regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Product Management, Agile, cloud, or technology-related certifications preferred.
