Your Impact

The Workforce Transformation Lead will drive FactSet’s enterprise workforce transformation agenda, helping the organization redefine how work is performed in an increasingly AI-enabled environment.

This role will translate the company’s strategic ambitions for AI, automation, productivity, workforce planning, and future capabilities into an integrated transformation roadmap. Working across the business, the Workforce Transformation Lead will help shape decisions about how work should be performed, what capabilities will be required, and where and how work should be delivered in the future.

Partnering closely with executive sponsors and functional transformation leaders, this individual will provide the leadership, governance, and execution discipline required to deliver sustainable productivity improvements, workforce modernization, and measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will combine enterprise transformation leadership with strong commercial and strategic judgement. They will be comfortable operating across organizational boundaries and constructively challenging established ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Agenda
Define and drive the enterprise workforce transformation strategy, translating productivity, workforce, and cost ambitions into a clear roadmap, strategic priorities, and measurable business outcomes.

Lead Work Redesign and Future Workforce Planning
Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI, automation, simplification, and process redesign can fundamentally transform how work is performed. Ensure decisions regarding workforce requirements, capabilities, sourcing approaches, and location strategy are informed by a clear vision for how work should be delivered in the future.

Orchestrate Enterprise Transformation Programs
Coordinate transformation leaders across Technology & AI, Product, Commercial, People, Legal, Finance, and other functions to ensure initiatives are aligned, interconnected, and collectively deliver against enterprise transformation objectives.

Establish the Transformation Value Case
Partner with Finance and transformation stakeholders to establish baselines, quantify opportunities, define productivity measures, and track workforce, capacity, and financial benefits through realization.

Prioritize and Accelerate Delivery
Evaluate dependencies and trade-offs across transformation initiatives, remove barriers, facilitate decision-making, and ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic objectives and intended outcomes.

Provide Enterprise Governance and Transparency
Establish governance structures, decision forums, milestones, and reporting mechanisms that provide executive sponsors with clear visibility into transformation progress, risks, key decisions, and value delivery.

Qualifications

- Significant experience leading complex enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

- Strong expertise in operating model design, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and change management.

- Practical understanding of AI, automation, and digital technologies and their impact on work and productivity.

- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen.

- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.

The salary range for this position in New York City and the state of Connecticut is $225,000 - $310,000.

The salary range for this position in London is 150,000 - 210,000 GBP.
