We are currently seeking Clinical Operations Assistants (COAs) to join our growing team in Latin America. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with clinical research site experience who are looking to expand their expertise within a leading global CRO.

As a Clinical Operations Assistant, you will work closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and project teams, providing critical operational and administrative support throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. Your contributions will help ensure the efficiency, quality, and compliance of clinical studies while offering exposure to a variety of clinical operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clinical study teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage site payments and clinical trial supplies.
- Maintain and organize essential study documentation within electronic systems.
- Perform Trial Master File (TMF) related activities to support inspection readiness.
- Track, collect, scan, file, and process study documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs).
- Provide limited site-facing support in partnership with Clinical Research Associates.

## What We're Looking For?
You may be a great fit if you have:

- Previous experience working at a clinical research site (Site Coordinator, Research Coordinator, or similar roles).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A university degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
