About this role

Supports the construction process by assisting with the assembly, fabrication, and installation of building components. This position works as part of a team to ensure homes are built safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist with the production and assembly of construction components and building materials.

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.

- Read and follow work orders, instructions, and production schedules.

- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility and job sites.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.

- Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing products for delivery.

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs and concerns.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
