You will be responsible for

- We are looking for an in-house Slovak Translator (EN-SK, SK-EN) to translate various documents and communications concerning retail operations.
- We are a cross-functional team and we cooperate with other teams closely on a daily basis. Currently, we mostly deliver translations to the Product Team, Business Support Team, People Team (HR) and the Comms Team but we also have ad hoc requestors.
- Previous professional translation experience is not a must, but basic knowledge of translation principles is expected.
- Our future colleague is a person willing to learn with a hands-on attitude.

You will need

- S lovak language (native)
- English language (minimum level C1)
- Relevant university studies (preferably Translation)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Microsoft Office user skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Czech and/or Hungarian languages is an advantage
- Knowledge of a CAT tool (preferably Trados) is an advantage
