The Inventory and Data Entry Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of inventory and material control systems. This position involves a variety of administrative and hands-on tasks, including the recording, review, and filing of all documents related to shipping and receiving, as well as performing regular inventory audits and cycle counts. The associate must work closely with various internal teams to ensure all material movements are accurately tracked and processed.

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Forklift certification is required.

- Knowledge of standard material control and data entry procedures and practices.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and self-motivation skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority, if required.
