Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Hybrid with 1 day per week in Becket House, Worthing

Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all enquiries relating to our ATS (Team Tailor)
- Be responsible for keeping job descriptions and message templates up to date on Team Tailor
- Be responsible for adding Managers and external recruiters to Team Tailor
- Manage approval flows for requisitions and job offers
- Responsible for creating job vacancy adverts on our careers page
- Organise and manage the recruitment inbox, answering or directing queries where necessary
- Answer telephone queries from candidates and hiring managers
- Help to gather data and update reports in Microsoft excel and Microsoft word
- Support with organising our documents on our shared network drives/SharePoint.
- Organise reports throughout the week to ensure equipment is ordered for new starters within correct timeframes
- Ensure trackers are kept up to date and data is all filled in correctly
- Liaise with directors for new headcount roles prior to going live
- Ensure processes are followed and support managers that may not be aware of these
- Be responsible for meetings to ensure that Recruitment and HR are aligned and are meeting SLA’s
- Become an expert on right to work checks and be able to confidently advise on the process, including candidates’ settlement status where applicable
- Assist the recruitment manager with building careers pages for newly acquired brands
- Ad hoc project work
What are we looking for:
- Strong administrative skills
- Be able to work well within a team and independently
- Ability to form relationships with stakeholders
- You will be confident to work in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience working with Team Tailor (desirable)
- HR Administration experience (desirable)
