About this role

Results-driven and strategic Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of extensive experience in leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects across engineering, construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors. Demonstrates strong expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and governance, combined
with deep knowledge of document control (DC) processes and systems. Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring strict compliance with
document management standards, regulatory frameworks, and quality assurance protocols. Skilled in integrating document control systems into project operations to
drive efficiency, transparency, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex data centre projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

- Develop project strategies, master schedules and execution plans.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines.

- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Manage project governance and document control throughout all phases of delivery.

- Act as a key interface between management, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

- Lead project meetings, progress reviews and technical discussions.

- Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, issues and key deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards and industry best practice.

- Prepare management reports, dashboards and KPIs covering project progress and documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, reporting and document management processes.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with extensive experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects within engineering, construction, infrastructure or oil & gas.

- Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management and governance capabilities.

- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and vendors.

- Advanced knowledge of document control processes, systems and project governance.

- Strong risk management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable operating within high-volume, fast-paced project environments.

- Good written and spoken English.

- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and MS Office, including advanced Excel and reporting tools.

- Experience with Documentum or similar document management platforms.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Data Centre certification would be advantageous.
