This Spring Internship is from January 4, 2027 through April 16th, 2027 (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.

Department Description:

Marketing B2B - B2B Marketing support sales teams in TV Distribution, Ad Sales, Affiliates, 3rd. party sales reps and manage partnerships by showcasing all Sony Pictures Entertainment content and production capabilities to industry professionals, buyers, and partners from all Lines of Business.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Materials & Assets - Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, promotional assets, and event collateral.

2. Vendor & Partner Coordination - Support communication and follow-up with vendors, agencies, exhibitors, venues, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of event requirements.

3. Administrative & Budget Support - Assist with purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, event budgets, schedules, databases, and other administrative tasks related to B2B marketing activities.

4. Post-Event Reporting & Follow-up - Help gather event results, attendance information, feedback, photos, and other relevant data to prepare recaps and support post-event follow-up.

Qualifications:

- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to details, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Strong written & verbal communication skills in Spanish & English

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous internship, academic, or project experience in marketing events, communications, or a related area.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

3. Interest in the entertainment industry, B2B marketing events, and trade shows.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

5. Proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
