Department: Shared Living
Full Time
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
Base Salary: $48,000–$50,000/year (based on experience, education, and workload)

Position Summary:
ServiceNet’s Shared Living Case Managers oversee the safety, wellbeing, services, and quality of life of individuals receiving developmental and brain injury services. The role combines site operations, person-centered support, crisis response, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and coordination with families and community partners. The Case Manager's practice is grounded in Positive Behavior Support and person-centered, trauma-informed principles that honor each individual's rights, preferences, and goals, consistent with ServiceNet's mission and Massachusetts DDS standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Site Set up, Operations & Compliance.
• Monthly Site Visits.
• Individual Care & Support oversight.
• Crisis & Emergency Response.
• Regulatory & Safety Reporting meeting Agency, DDS & CPPD requirements.
• Professional, timely communication with parents and guardians, hospitals, doctors, funders, and community personnel. 
• Recruitment, Hiring & Orientation of Support Staff.
• Support Staff Work & Performance Management.
• Attend all meetings related to placement and regular supervision meetings.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field.
• Three years full-time experience working with people who live with developmental delays and/or brain injuries.
• CPR /1st Aid certification and MAP certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to or upon hire).
• Human Rights Officer, Fire Safety Officer and PBS training as required per program.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, held for a minimum of six months.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks (CORI/SORI/OIG/DPPC/Fingerprint). 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships with individuals served, families, Shared Living Providers, and community partners. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
