What You'll Do

- Lead and oversee all resident care services for our assisted living and memory care residents
- Recruit, coach, and develop wellness and caregiving team members
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices
- Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and wellness programs
- Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and service excellence

What We're Looking For

- Clinical leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care
- Strong communication and team-building skills
