Airbus Helicopters Mexico operates a key commercial and operational hub in Mexico City, delivering end-to-end support for helicopter fleets across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. The facility specializes in comprehensive Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services—including both line and base maintenance—along with custom aircraft retrofits and mission-tailored modifications. Beyond maintenance, the hub serves as a central point for client technical support, original spare parts distribution, and specialized training programs for pilots, flight crews, and maintenance technicians.

As a Technical Representative Trainee, you will support the management of activities related to the GV (H225/M) project, department reorganization, reporting, and tracking Technical Representatives' activities, including fleet availability for strategic customers and projects within the AHMSA zone and LATAM regional HUB. You will be responsible to the Technical Representatives Supervisor and Technical Support Manager for carrying out assigned support tasks and interacting internally with other AHMSA departments and/or LATAM region affiliates.

Key responsibilities:

- Fleet Monitoring & Reporting: Support the tracking of fleet availability using relevant tools and timely provide information to update fleet tracking reports (availability, irritants, etc.) and the LATAM region quarterly report.
- Technical Inquiries & Investigations: Assist in conducting technical investigations, gathering information to answer technical queries (TE) for clients and internal departments according to the "Technical Query Follow-up" procedure, and studying the fleet to identify safety and reliability improvements.
- Strategic Client & Project Support: Support activities related to the GV (H225/M) project, track technical needs of assigned strategic clients, and follow up on assigned COA reports and technical incidents.
- Regulatory & Departmental Compliance: Know and comply with Export Control regulations, assisting in all matters related to Technical Representatives and area reorganizations under direct supervision.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree / Engineering in Aeronautics.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive attitude and strong follow-up skills for technical requests and assigned tasks.

Más allá del mantenimiento, el centro sirve como punto central para el soporte técnico a clientes, distribución de repuestos originales y programas de capacitación especializada para pilotos, tripulaciones de vuelo y técnicos de mantenimiento.

Como Practicante de Representantes Técnicos, apoyarás en la gestión de actividades relacionadas al proyecto GV (H225/M), reorganización del área, reporting y seguimiento de actividades de Representantes Técnicos, incluyendo disponibilidad de flota para clientes estratégicos y proyectos dentro de la zona AHMSA y regional HUB LATAM. Serás responsable ante el Supervisor de Representantes Técnicos y el Gerente de Soporte Técnico de llevar a cabo las tareas de apoyo asignadas y colaborar con departamentos internos de AHMSA y filiales de LATAM.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Monitoreo de flota y reportes: Apoyar en el seguimiento de la disponibilidad de flota en las herramientas correspondientes y proporcionar oportunamente información para actualizar reportes de seguimiento (disponibilidad, irritantes, etc.) y el reporte trimestral de la región LATAM.
- Consultas e investigaciones técnicas: Auxiliar en la conducción de investigaciones técnicas, búsqueda de información para responder Consultas Técnicas (TE) de clientes y departamentos internos, y estudiar la flota para detectar mejoras de fiabilidad y seguridad.
- Soporte a proyectos y clientes estratégicos: Dar seguimiento a las necesidades técnicas de clientes estratégicos asignados, colaborar en el proyecto GV (H225/M) y apoyar en la atención de reportes COA e incidentes técnicos.
- Cumplimiento normativo y departamental: Conocer y cumplir con la Normativa de Export Control, colaborando activamente en los asuntos del área de Representantes Técnicos bajo la supervisión correspondiente.

Requisitos:

- Licenciatura / Ingeniería Aeronáutica.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
- Conocimiento general de paquetería Microsoft Office.
- Actitud reactiva y proactiva para el seguimiento de solicitudes y tareas asignadas.
