Job Title: Raw Material Process Coordinator
This position was established to ensure the integrity of materials being received into all CPF cold storage and production facilities. This person serves as the front line for identifying and eliminating material issues before they are used in production.
Job Process
Conduct routine product temperature and quality checks on raw material
Investigate product and material issues
Assure adherence to all established procedures and specifications
Conduct quality/data analysis as needed to develop SOP for raw material processes
Report on and follow-up on product and material issues
Conduct routine checks on data systems (labels etc.) used in shipping and receiving
Report and correct housekeeping issues in all receiving, shipping and storage areas
Develop and issue reports as needed on product status, movements etc.
Work closely with Scheduler to assure product integrity
Requirement
2-3 years of meat quality experience preferred
High school degree
HACCP
Experience/Working Knowledge of:
Microsoft Word and Excel
Computers (Portrace)
Quality assurance processes
Shipping and receiving processes

The responsibilities as it pertains to the job for which he or she was hired for. Further, employee knows that this is not a contract of employment. Employee also understands that they will be tested on CPFs GMPs and HACCP rules yearly.
Employee will be required to follow all GMP and HACCP rules and regulations according to Colorado Premium Foods standards. Additionally, employee will go through yearly training and reviews of GMP rules and HACCP which will require him or her to take and pass a yearly review test of both policies.
Working Conditions:
Cold Exposure to noise, extreme temperature, some dangerous machinery or other hazardous conditions requiring safety adherence and/or PPE equipment.
