Ultra Precision Technologies (UPT), an AMETEK business, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions. Position Summary

The HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative, coordination, reporting, and operational support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams across the Ultra Precision Technologies division. This position serves as a key resource for recruiting operations, HR administration, reporting and analytics, interview coordination, and process support, helping ensure efficient execution of talent and HR initiatives across the division .

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Coordination

- Coordinate interviews and scheduling activities across multiple time zones and locations.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

- Support recruiting operations, hiring activities, and candidate process management.

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate interview logistics and hiring workflows.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and exceptional customer service.

Human Resources Administration

- Provide administrative support to Human Resources initiatives and programs.

- Assist with HR documentation, employee records maintenance, and process coordination.

- Support onboarding activities and employee lifecycle processes.

- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with established HR practices.

- Coordinate HR-related communications and administrative activities.

Reporting & Analytics

- Support recruiting and HR reporting initiatives.

- Prepare and distribute recruiting metrics, dashboards, and operational reports.

- Maintain data integrity across HR and talent systems.

- Track recruiting, workforce, and operational metrics to support business decision-making.

- Assist with data analysis and reporting projects as needed.

Operational Excellence

- Support HR and Talent Acquisition projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist with process documentation and workflow optimization efforts.

- Coordinate special projects and operational priorities.

- Act as a centralized resource to improve efficiency, visibility, and consistency across HR and recruiting operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or similar administrative functions.

- Experience coordinating interviews, candidate communications, onboarding activities, or employee lifecycle processes.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

- Excellent organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Experience handling confidential employee and candidate information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting a global or multi-site organization.

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar platforms.

- Experience supporting HRIS systems and employee data management.

- Experience creating recruiting metrics, dashboards, and management reports.

- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and hiring managers.

- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and HR administration best practices.

- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
