Your future role:

As part of our Human Capital team, you'll help bring our people strategy to life and support the continued growth of our business. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work closely with the HR team, contributing to recruitment, employer branding and people initiatives across the firm.
- Manage recruitment activities from sourcing talent through screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support hiring needs.
- Use HR systems and talent attraction tools to manage recruitment activities, maintain data accuracy and maintain process efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, engaging and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Use various recruitment and Employer Branding tools to attract candidates.
- Play a key role in employer branding initiatives through university partnerships, career fairs, and other related activities.
- Assist with a range of administrative processes across the HR function and support the HR Manager in day-to-day activities, projects and people initiatives.

Requirements:

- University degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite tools;
- Excellent communication skills, track record of relationship building and professionalism;
- Ability to work independently and sense of responsibility for your projects,
- High attention to detail;
- Proactive and self-drive in problem resolutions, as well as self-management attitude in dealing with everyday  tasks;
- Experience with Workday or other HR systems would be considered an advantage.
