About this role
As a Barback, you will be the backbone of our beverage operations. This entry-level role is crucial for keeping our bars running smoothly by ensuring they are fully stocked with all forms of beverages, glassware, and other essential supplies. You will be a vital support to the bartending team, focusing on cleanliness, organization, and efficiency, all while upholding a fun and safe environment for our guests and team members.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
