The anticipated salary range for this position is $130K-150K. Base salary. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location

Sr. Manager, Financial Business Process

Position Summary

The Sr. Manager, Financial Business Process leads initiatives that improve financial business processes through technology, automation, and process optimization. This role partners closely with Finance, business stakeholders, and IT to identify opportunities, define requirements, and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.

The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who can translate complex business needs into effective technology solutions and lead cross-functional teams through process and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze complex financial business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved efficiency.
- Partner with Finance, business users, and IT to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop effective solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and system specifications.
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new and enhanced systems and processes.
- Identify gaps and recommend technology solutions or alternative approaches to improve business processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve business and system-related issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, requirements, and system-related materials.
- Support system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams.
- Provide guidance and consultation to users on financial systems, processes, and technology solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Significant experience in financial business processes, business systems analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
- Experience translating business requirements into technology or system solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and automation.
