We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program- Wealth Management. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.
Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Global Capital Markets - (“WSFS GCM”) is a premium provider of global services to the leveraged loan and capital markets. WSFS Global Capital Markets, a division of WSFS Bank, has a capitalization in excess of $1 billion, with a commercial approach and a highly experienced staff.
This internship offers broad exposure to Global Capital Markets providing opportunities to support projects across operations, relationship management, trade services, agency administration, and middle office functions. Interns collaborate with a variety of internal partners, including marketing, compliance, and tax teams, while gaining insight into client relationship management and interactions with external centers of influence (COIs).

Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A business-related or related college major is preferred.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
- Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
- Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
- Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
- Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication is required.
- Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:
$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
