Job Description

This position provides centralized governance and end-to-end oversight of service agreement execution across all Global Fund Services business lines. In this role, the individual will serve as a central point of coordination for signature requests, KYC validation, agreement review, approval tracking, document retention, and distribution. This position ensures compliance with business-specific requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, governance standards, and operational risk controls. As a critical control function, this role guarantees document integrity, regulatory compliance, and accurate recordkeeping of executed agreements in order to mitigate risk.

As a contract administration specialist, the individual will be expected to perform the following:

- Contract execution and signature governance
- KYC, due diligence, and service agreement review
- Quality assurance & risk controls
- Document management and recordkeeping
- Interest in learning how different processes work, including their inputs and outputs, as well as diverse product workflows
- Embrace change and continually think outside of the box to find new ways to solve problems

Basic Qualifications:

- Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to six years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Prior experience in contract administration, legal document review, client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, operational risk, or governance functions.
- Strong understanding of document control, execution authority frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage control-based processes.
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint, DocuSign, Excel, PowerBI, and other enterprise document management systems is preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
