We are a lean, mean, 5-person machine. That’s right: there are only 4 other people here. You know what that means? ZERO COMPETITION FOR COMMISSION. You don’t have to worry about Dwight or Andy stealing your leads.

• UNCAPPED COMMISSION: I literally cannot cap it even if I wanted to. You sell a million dollars worth of signs? You get paid like a king/queen.
• WE HAVE AN AI ROBOT ASSISTANT: Okay, it's not a physical robot (yet), but we have this crazy high-tech AI system that basically does the heavy lifting for you. It finds warm leads, digs up old accounts, and delivers them to you on a silver platter. It's like having a digital assistant named Jarvis, but for signs.
• SMALL TEAM VIBES: We are a small team. You will actually enjoy coming to work.
• NO DESK PRISON: You get to drive around, meet real people, drink coffee, walk around job sites, and look important.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (YOUR DAILY QUESTS):
• Meeting People: You love talking. You love schmoozing. You go up to a business owner and you say, "Hey. Nice store. You know what would make it 500% cooler? A massive, vibrant sign." Boom. Deal closed.
• Chasing Leads: You’ll use our futuristic AI lead-generator to track down people who already want signs, plus follow up on old clients who miss us.
• Being a Consultant: You’re not just selling a sign. You are selling a vision. A dream. (We will teach you all the sign stuff, don't panic. You just bring the hustle.)
• Closing Deals: Making it rain. Simple as that.

WHO ARE YOU? (THE PERFECT CANDIDATE):
• You have sales experience. You’ve closed deals before. You know the thrill of victory.
• You are a People Person. People like you. You like people. You’re comfortable walking up to strangers and leaving as best friends.
• You like technology. You aren't afraid of using cool AI tools to make your job ten times easier.
• You have a driver's license and a reliable car. (Because driving is required. Plus, car rides are great for listening to motivational podcasts.)
• You have "The Hunger." Not for lunch (though we do love lunch), but for SUCCESS.
