Position Description

E80 Group is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment while helping build and strengthen our employer brand across the U.S. and Canada.

The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and developing talent pipelines that support organizational growth. This individual will serve as a key ambassador for E80 Group, partnering closely with hiring managers, universities, industry organizations, and candidates to attract top talent in a competitive market.

This role reports to the Director, People USCA.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, engineering, operations, and corporate positions.

- Partner with People Director and hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.

- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.

- Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines through the hiring process.

- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes.

- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity and market trends.

- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

- Manage and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms and company channels.

- Enhance E80's employer brand through creative recruiting campaigns, social media engagement, and talent marketing initiatives.

- Promote E80 Group's culture, innovation, growth opportunities, and employee value proposition.

- Support recruitment-related content creation, career site updates, and brand awareness activities.

University Relations & Early Career Programs

- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, technical schools, and professional organizations.

- Represent E80 at career fairs, campus events, networking programs, and industry associations.

- Coordinate internship and co-op programs from recruitment through completion.

- Develop talent pipelines for early-career professionals and future workforce needs.

Onboarding & People Team Partnership

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

- Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hire integration.

- Assist with recruiting process improvements, workforce planning initiatives, and talent development programs.

- Support special projects and People Team initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or a related field required.

- 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience.

- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, automation, engineering, logistics, supply chain, technology, or industrial industries required.

- Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and networking skills.

- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

- Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong business partnership mindset with a customer-service approach.

- Experience with oversight and coordination of external recruiting partners.

Work Environment

This position is based in the Chicago area and follows a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office. Occasional travel may be required to support recruiting events, university partnerships, career fairs, and business initiatives. Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
