What you'll do:
As a Lending Administration Manager you'll be responsible for taking a senior lead role that supports the activities of the Lending Administration Department by governing the execution of the departments established processes and procedures. You'll partner within the Lending Administration and coordinate across Lending teams while to enable the effective operations of lending and credit within the company. One of your key responsibilities in addition to executing your area of responsibilities will be to lead and review other in governed execution of various procedurally defined process that support the function of Central Lending operations. Our Lending Administration Managers execute in completing various processes that will serve to support the Central Lending operations. Additionally they serve as reviewers for other analysts within the team and take lead in defined workstreams and initiatives at the direction of senior leaders.
- Govern day‑to‑day execution of Lending Administration workflow, ensuring outputs meet policy, regulatory, and quality requirements; provide formal review/approval where required and ensure timely issue escalation and resolution.
- Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance (capacity, service levels, exceptions, quality); use insights to manage priorities, improve throughput, and drive consistent execution across the program and/or team.
- Lead in ensuring process controls and governance expectations are embedded and operating effectively (e.g., documentation standards, evidence retention, SOX/control testing support); coordinate responses to audit/control inquiries for the team’s scope.
- Partner with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve systemic issues and implement procedural/tooling changes; drive adoption of process improvements and ensure team training and adherence.
- May lead and develop a dedicated program and/or framework to operate.
What you'll need:
- 7+ years of related experience in Credit Administration, Credit Administration, Credit Administration, Credit Administration or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial credit-related discipline with experience with a variety of lending products and segments.
- Intermediate to advanced Ability to problem-solve independently, adapt to changing priorities, act with urgency, and deliver across projects, along with analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
