Position Summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Consultant to join our rapidly growing Competitive Intelligence (CI) team.

As part of a high-impact team within our Commercial Strategy group, you will execute client engagements spanning real-time monitoring, deep-dive analyses, and executive-level workshops that shape critical decisions across drug development and commercialization.

Position Responsibilities

- Secondary research: Conduct secondary desk research using multiple data sources (AlphaSense, Cortellis, clinicaltrials.gov, others)

- Analysis: Collaborate with team members and with Trinity SMEs (as appropriate) to develop insights, implications and recommendations

- Reporting: Develop reports that efficiently and accurately communicate key insights and implications to clients

- Conference Attendance:   Cover key conferences, attending key sessions and conducting high-quality primary research and human-source elicitation in line with Trinity’s CI ethics guidelines and the SCIP Code of Ethics

- Workshops: Creation of impactful pre-reads, pull through workshop design ideas, support onsite execution, and project reporting

- Manage time and client deliverables effectively with regular communication to other team members/PMs

- Present key findings to internal team members and clients (where appropriate)

- Innovation: Use Trinity’s AI-enabled CI tools and platform to improve the speed and quality of insights

Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; life sciences or related field preferred

- 3–6 years of experience in life sciences consulting, competitive intelligence, or related research roles

- Competitive intelligence experience in a consulting setting is strongly preferred

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential

- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills

- Curious mindset, always asking what’s next and pressure-testing assumptions about the competitive landscape

- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple priorities

- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources accurately and on time

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills, level of experience and training, specific qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and other business/organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $96,000 - $144,000 per year. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
