Job Description
The HR Coordinator will support the administrative and operational execution of HR processes in Mexico. As part of the Mexico HR team , this role will ensure accurate employee data, timely reporting, effective use of HR systems, payroll input coordination, and consistent execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee information across HR systems, including myHR, eDays , and other HR platforms.
- Prepare, consolidate, and validate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports , ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle , including hires, employee changes, leaves, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepare and validate payroll input reports and standardized payroll formats , ensuring information is complete and submitted on time.
- Maintain HR trackers, employee records, documentation, templates, and operational files.
- Perform regular data quality checks and coordinate the correction of discrepancies across HR systems and records.
- Support HR Coordinator processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures, timelines, and internal controls.
- Document and maintain HR processes, procedures, and SOPs for Mexico.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve HR operational processes .
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and regional/global teams on operational requirements, reporting, systems, and HR initiatives.
- Support regional and global initiatives , contributing to consistent HR practices across markets.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations , or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, Shared Services, HRIS, or Payroll coordination .
- Experience managing HR systems and employee data.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills .
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required. The position will interact regularly with regional and global stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
