POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Analyst, Operations is responsible for reporting operational status across the assigned operations to the customer. This role requires a full understanding of the operational flow, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present data effectively (Excel/Spreadsheets). The incumbent will ensure clear communication between the operation and the client, supporting data-driven decision-making
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes e operational data to monitor performance against KPIs and service goals.
- Prepares and presents recurring operational reports for the customer.
- Maintains deep understanding of warehouse operational flow to provide accurate status updates.
- Collaborates with the Operations team to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or discrepancies.
- Supports the management team with data-driven insights to optimize space, labor, and equipment utilization.
- Ensures all reporting aligns with client-specific SLAs and quality requirements.
- Serves as the data-focused liaison for the customer, providing timely operational updates and reports.
- Assists in preparing for operational and business review meetings with key customers
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Data Analysis preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data visualization).
Computer Skills:
- Maintains proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to extract and analyze operational data.
- Manages data reporting tools (Excel, spreadsheets) to provide clear, actionable insights to management and clients.
Language Skills
- English Proficient
Mathematical Skills
- Good mathematical skills
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics industry.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.
- Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
