The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support our DoD customer to implement an Enterprise IT Service Management Tool and delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI delivers capabilities and services to implement and operate an Enterprise ITSM solution.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direct the activities of a cross-functional technical team for the delivery of large-scale software development products according to the Agile methodology.
• Oversee projects from Demand Intake, requirements, analysis, design, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Establish strong partnerships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules to define and schedule all tasks and dependencies for successful project delivery.
• Create and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure adherence to the customer’s Systems Engineering Life Cycle through all project phases.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Will consider experience in lieu of education
• 15+ Years of relevant experience
• 6 or more years of leading a team/project delivery IT solutions
• Ability to work independently with little direction and management oversight.
• Ability to lead in a fast-moving environment to implement on time and on schedule.
• Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow Development projects.
• Experience delivering solutions according to the Agile methodology.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience using Microsoft Project to build detailed project schedules.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite in Chantilly, VA
• Willing and able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Current and active Secret clearance preferred.
Desired:
• Technical experience in ServiceNow.
• Experience leading Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Implementations.

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$120,800 - $265,800
