Join our passionate Upstate Coin & Gold team as an Inventory Fulfillment Associate and play a vital role in maintaining accuracy, security, and integrity of our inventory operations.

This role goes beyond traditional shipping and receiving. You will be directly responsible for verifying product authenticity, ensuring quality standards, and supporting accurate inventory fulfillment for high value precious metals. Location: Centennial, CO (on-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (subject to adjustment based on business needs). Must be available to work Saturdays if required.

Responsibilities:

- Process incoming and outgoing shipments of precious metals, coins and related products.

- Perform quality control checks to verify product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy.

- Sort, organize, and manage inventory within the warehouse.

- Package and fulfill customer and vendor orders according to quality standards.

- Maintain accurate inventory logs using our management system (ERP experience preferred).

- Identify discrepancies and escalate quality issues following standard procedures.

- Support process improvements for shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows.

- Complete administrative tasks, including processing shipping paperwork and logs.

Qualifications

- High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.

- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, quality control, or a fast-paced environment preferred.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and technical proficiency.

- Ability to lift 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.

- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

- Accountable to task completion with enough flexibility to change tasks in real time based on daily needs.

- Reliable to be counted on day in and day out; attendance is important.
