Your Role at impact.com:

Impact.com powers the partnership economy, helping brands and partners grow revenue through a modern SaaS platform used by thousands of companies globally. We're investing heavily in our growth, and this role sits at the centre of how data powers our go-to-market strategy and sales enablement. We're looking for an Analytics Manager to scale our marketing function. This is a senior individual contributor role - we need someone who’s comfortable owning a domain of the marketing analytics portfolio with light oversight.

As Marketing Analytics Manager, you'll own the quality, consistency, and strategic impact of the core reporting used by our GTM teams to shape and prioritize multimillion dollar investment decisions. You'll work on a modern cloud stack (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) with strong support from Marketing and Sales teams - who will be your chief internal customers, and Analytics Engineering, who own the data platform and semantic layer you work with and on.

What You'll Do:

- Own the process for the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews that marketing and sales leaders use to track campaign performance and business trends — and improve them over time so they drive decisions rather than descriptions.

- Translate vague business questions ("why is pipeline soft in EMEA?") into workable analyses, sell a solution, and manage the delivery process efficiently.

- Partner with internal customers and engineers to move recurring manual reporting into useful tools that drive decisions which save time and money.

- Work directly with stakeholders across marketing, sales, finance, product, and customer success to scope what they actually need and design a plan to get them that information efficiently and with the right level of accuracy.

- Contribute to data collection and modeling conversations where marketing's needs intersect with the broader company data model.

What You Bring:

- 5+ years of business analytics experience in a software or information business.

- A strong understanding of SQL and working proficiency with Python — enough to do your own analysis end-to-end without needing outside help.

- A track record of designing dashboards and reports that people use to actually make decisions, and a sense of taste on what makes the difference between decisive reporting and vague reporting.

- Ability to explain an analysis or technical concept to colleagues in a way that drives action.

- Comfortable owning a workstream end-to-end with light oversight: you'll get direction on weekly priorities and outcomes, but will be trusted to set your own week and say no to the right things.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with attribution modeling — multi-touch, time decay, incrementality

- Experience with lead scoring

- Experience with integration of sales and marketing data and a full-funnel perspective

- Experience with dbt, databricks, Looker, or another data management tool

- Experience in partnership marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
