About this role
- Provide an orientation for new families.
- Make introductory telephone contact prior to assigned familys entry.
- Conduct in-depth orientation and map the territory during first treatment.
- Visit, teach and model positive behavior management techniques and strategies with both adults and children, utilizing appropriate and congruent facial expressions/body language.
- Rate core and individualized Behavior Management Training (BST) sessions.
- Maintain reliability in the BST rating system. Keep family 3-ring binders up to date.
- Track BST data and activities, training activities, and parent/adult case notes.
- Gather data using Family Objectives (Initial and Progress) forms, Treatment Summaries, and Case Dispositions.
- Present data in usable and organized fashion to Resource Consultants or Program Coordinator in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of the RIP program .
