Job Description

Responsibilities: Data & Reporting Analyst, HR/ People Analytics

- Collect and organize HR data efficiently from diverse sources
- Maintain and validate HR data repositories, ensuring accuracy and relevance for reporting
- Apply data governance standards to prioritize requests and maintain data quality.
- Perform regular data audits and validation checks to uphold data accuracy and integrity across various HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, ServiceNow)
- Manage data requests, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure the right questions are being asked
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments to integrate data sources for holistic analysis and insights
- Generate and analyze standard and ad-hoc HR reports, providing consistent assessments and identifying key trends
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools, presenting clear findings and actionable recommendations
- Assist executive management and HR leadership in data-driven decision-making with clear, impactful insights
- Deliver actionable insights for business problem-solving based on comprehensive data analysis
