We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of strategic clinical programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality outcomes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for program operations, providing guidance, oversight, and feedback to team members while driving process improvement and operational excellence.
- Analyze program performance data, prepare reports and dashboards, and communicate key outcomes, opportunities, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, providers, and staff to support program growth, accreditation activities, external award applications, and the design of innovative patient care initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required and
- Master's Degree Nursing, Healthcare, Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 5 years relevant nursing experience to program of responsibility Required
- Prior program management/leadership experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
- Certification in a relevant specialty Preferred
