We are searching for the best talent for IM UAM PMO Senior Analyst

The IM UAM PMO Senior Analyst is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and governing multiple releases within the S/4HANA transformation program. This role ensures effective project planning, risk and issue management, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across business and IT workstreams. The individual acts as a key liaison between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability, and successful program execution while promoting standardization, automation, and best project management practices.

You will be responsible for

1. Multi-Release S/4HANA Transformation Project Planning & Monitoring

- Support the planning and execution of multiple S/4HANA transformation releases across business and technology workstreams, maintaining integrated plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and implementation risks, and escalate critical issues requiring management intervention.
- Develop and analyze project KPIs, dashboards, and status reports to provide actionable insights and support informed leadership decisions.

2. Risk & Issue Management

- Maintain and govern project and program RAID logs and risk registers, ensuring risks,  issues, and dependencies are accurately captured and updated.
- Facilitate risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation planning, including preventive controls to minimize program disruption.
- Monitor mitigation and remediation actions, ensure timely completion, and escalate high-impact risks and critical issues to program leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the change-control process, ensuring proposed changes are appropriately documented, assessed, tracked, and routed through governance.

3. Stakeholder Management & Communications

- Partner with Global Program Managers, Deployment Leads, functional teams, workstream leads, and PMO stakeholders to coordinate execution and maintain alignment across the transformation.
- Plan, facilitate, and document program related meetings, workshops, decision boards, and status reviews, while maintaining action, decision, and dependency trackers and following up on commitments.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and relevant program communications tailored to different stakeholder groups.

4. Continuous Improvement

- Capture, maintain, and promote lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and implement improvements to project management methodologies, governance processes, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive standardization and adoption of PMO best practices across project teams to improve consistency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance PMO operational practices through better processes, data, tools, and reporting approaches.

5. Management Reporting & Executive Insights

- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI reports, and standardized reporting templates that provide accurate, timely, and consistent insights across releases and workstreams.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports, executive presentations, and governance materials for senior leadership, steering committees, and governance forums.
- Support program decision-making by highlighting exceptions, emerging risks, critical dependencies, and required management actions.
- Support leadership with executive presentations, status updates, and strategic communications that enable alignment and decision-making.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or university-level qualification in a relevant field, such as Economics, IT, or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, program governance, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP transformations, or digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, and risk management practices.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Planner).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence teams and drive results in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Experience with process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solid planning, prioritization, and execution leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Business User Access Management activities.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Project Management, Agile, or analytics-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery methodologies, or enterprise transformation environments is an advantage.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in large scale digital transformation projects.

- Strong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days per week, with up to two remote workdays per the flexible work policy.
- May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
