As a Member Services Advisor , RCC , a typical day will include:

- Providing customer service and support for The Ritz-Carlton Club

- Process ing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, mail, internet request , or in person.

- Assisting members with their reservation and informational needs.

- Checking reservation availability and finding alternate dates or accommodations if needed.

- Verifying reservation and account details to ensure accuracy.

- Assisting members by resolving complaints and/or reservation errors professionally and politely to ensure effective resolutions and customer satisfaction.

- Assist ing Members with additional vacation ownership usage options .
- The listing is applicable for applicants who reside in Salt Lake City, Utah or Orlando, Florida areas (within two hours of the office locations).

- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally, responding promptly to requests in a professional and positive manner.

- Supports team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Member Services Advisor, RCC  at MVW:

- Must have a vailab ility to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

- Must be able to stand or sit, for an extended period of time .

- Must possess the a bility to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing , and comprehension.

- Position may require background and /or drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
