Journeyman Electricians play a critical role in powering the facilities and infrastructure that keep communities and businesses running. From conduit installation and equipment setting to system startup, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs, your craftsmanship ensures electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

At RK Industries, you’ll perform the full range of Journeyman-level electrical duties on active construction sites, supporting field operations through quality workmanship, code-compliant installations, layout and planning, material coordination, and electrical problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

- Interpret drawings and designs, installation, repair and maintenance of low to medium voltage electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment and systems in commercial, mission-critical, data center, and industrial settings.
- Install conduit, raceways, junction boxes, panels, switches, outlets, switchgear, and other electrical components.
- Mentor and develop apprentice electricians and technicians.
- Maintain compliance with national and local ordinances, codes, regulations, and policies.

What You Bring

- Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Electrical installation experience in data center, mission-critical, commercial or industrial construction.
- Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and accountability
- Ability to support crew productivity and lead apprentice installers
