Job Description:
Position: Office Assistant
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule : Monday-Friday-9:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Duties:
-Greet all visitors to the office location and determine proper direction for their visit.
-Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls or take messages as needed.
-Open mail and process accordingly.
-Create job folders and enter jobs digitally.
-Prepare written correspondence and various other documents as required.
-Maintain and organize vendor files and customer files.
-Uphold company policies.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.
-Scanning documents.
Qualifications:
-Relevant experience in an office environment.
-High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
-Proficient personal computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
-Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
-Detail-oriented and has ability to prioritize and organize work.
-Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
-Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment.
-Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
