Compensation Range:
$56,500.00 - $79,100.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

Researches, develops, executes and oversees annual admissions plan to recruit, qualify, assess and approve students for admission to the University, including counseling prospective students, recruitment visits, presentations and application review. Executes and oversees area(s) of focus, such as specific populations or recruitment skills and knowledge.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Responsible for research, preparation and implementation of a strategic plan for an assigned special program(s), including part-time and online programs such as DBA, Part-time MBA, Executive MBA and certificate programs.
- Strategically plans for recruitment efforts in assigned territory in alignment with School enrollment goals and priorities. Personal accountability for annual enrollment and net tuition revenue goals.
- Relationship management – maintains telephone, email, and social media contact with prospective students, including use of CRM and online application system to log track contacts.
- Conducts pre-application assessments, informational meetings and interviews with candidates. Assess and communicate admission requirements.
- Participate in planning and implementation of on-campus recruiting events to support recruitment and yield goals; some events take place on weekends and require occasional weekend work.
- Travel domestically and internationally to represent the School for approximately 4 weeks per year (day, partial week, full week and multi-week trips).
- Use reports and analytic tools to identify and prioritize outreach efforts for prospect or applicant target audiences for personal outreach and relationship management.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of admissions experience required
- Master's degree preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Working knowledge of graduate business programs preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects, relationship management/development, attention to detail and organizational skills, cross cultural awareness and sensitivity, and strong computer/database management skills preferred.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State As assigned, some specific programs may require a valid NYS Motor Vehicle License upon hire required
