Job Summary
Summary
Responsible for managing all aspects of a program and corresponding projects. Implements initiatives that support alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. Leads the communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Develops the program schedule, budget, and various program and project plan details. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other administrative team members.

Essential Functions
-Leads program and project teams and coordinates and delegates cross-project initiatives.
-Conducts research, manages and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports and presentations to support programs.
-Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges associated with programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
-Monitor program progress and proactively address deviations from plans, timelines, or budgets.
-Manages the program budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

Home Base seeks to hire a Clinical Education and Training Program Manager who will be responsible for administrative oversight and implementation of the full range of educational programming and deliverables for clinical staff within the agency and for the community-facing Training Institute at Home Base. Under the supervision of the Director of Education and in collaboration with Home Base staff, the Clinical Education and Training Program Manager will provide oversight and coordination of Home Base staff training, educational activities for the community (including coordination of live trainings), and online educational content. The Clinical Education and Training Program Manager will also be responsible for identifying funding opportunities to support the Training Institute and to oversee education grant applications from proposal to the implementation phase.

Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital program, is dedicated to healing the invisible wounds – including post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression, co-occurring substance use disorder, family relationship challenges and other issues associated with Military service – for Veterans of all eras, Service Members, Military Families and Families of the Fallen through world-class clinical care, wellness, education, and research. As a vital service within Home Base, the Training Institute’s mission is to break down barriers to equitable mental health care for Veterans through training, education and collaborative partnerships. This includes ensuring current and future generations of veterans and family members have access to high quality, evidence based and innovative mental health services through training and ongoing assessment and improvement of care practices of Home Base clinicians and staff; preparing community stakeholders to be stewards of veteran and military connected family mental health through education; and developing and supporting partnerships with key stakeholders and mental health agencies.
