Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in mechanical assembly and special processes such as brazing, welding, and potting. The ideal candidate will work independently, requiring minimal oversight, and possess excellent attention to detail and creativity to offer innovative solutions to complex manufacturing challenges. Key duties include developing specific methods and instructions for the manufacturing and assembly of products, identifying potential fabrication issues, and developing fixturing and process updates to resolve these problems. Collaboration with internal teams to implement improvements is also essential. Responsibilities
- Observe, document, and review production builds on the shop floor.
- Provide analysis and investigations of defects found during the manufacturing process and determine corrective actions.
- Establish touch labor cost targets for shop/lab activities as requested.
- Define tool and gage requirements and provide necessary input and support to the tool design group.
- Ensure correct tools and gages are available when needed in the process as prescribed by process documentation.
- Propose engineering changes to assess feasibility, producibility, and delta labor impact.
Essential Skills
- Manufacturing engineering expertise.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
Work Environment This is an onsite manufacturing position working the first shift, Monday through Friday, approximately 7 AM to 3 PM, subject to business needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
