Compensation
• $28–$55 per session
• Competitive class pay with performance-based bonuses

What We’re Looking For
• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for fitness + music
• Strong leadership and public speaking skills with the ability to motivate and challenge a room
• Excellent communication and cueing skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
• Desire to learn, develop, and grow with an expanding brand
• 1+ year of experience preferred, but not required, in one or more of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness
