About the Role
Receptionist – Norman Prince Opticians, Crowthorne
Part-time | Minimum 30 hours per week | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday + alternate Friday & Saturday
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join the team at Norman Prince Opticians in Crowthorne , helping us deliver an exceptional experience for every patient.
This is a varied role combining reception, administration and patient care . You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping the practice run smoothly from the moment they arrive through to their ongoing care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering calls and managing appointments
- Processing invoices, payments and general administration
- Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
- Supporting NHS and private patient administration
- Liaising with patients regarding appointments and collections
- Helping with the day-to-day running and presentation of the practice
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed
About you
We’re looking for someone who is warm, reliable and organised , with excellent attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Optical experience is not essential, we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is a positive, can-do attitude, good communication skills and a real commitment to providing excellent patient care.
