We have per diem and live-in opportunities throughout Long Island , with a variety of schedules and shifts available. Whether you want to work a few days a week, pick up extra hours, work 4–12 hour shifts, or take on a live-in case , we have opportunities to fit different schedules and preferences.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY
As an HHA with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll provide compassionate care and meaningful support to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Assistance with mobility and daily activities
- Medication reminders
- Light meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for HHAs who are reliable, compassionate, experienced, and ready to work .
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NY HHA Certificate
- Experience assisting with transfers and mobility
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- MMR immunization within the last 10 years
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for applicable cases
