About the Role

Join the marketing team at an early-stage immigration technology company, where you will shape how people encounter and understand complex immigration topics. You will combine social media management, design, video, and growth marketing to build an informed and engaged audience.

What You'll Do

- Manage publishing and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other social channels.
- Plan a content calendar that balances timely industry news with evergreen educational material.
- Turn legal and expert-written content into polished graphics, carousels, and repeatable visual formats.
- Present on camera and film and edit short-form videos with effective hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, and platform-native techniques.
- Track channel performance, run experiments, and refine content based on results.
- Develop and execute growth marketing across content, SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle programs, analytics, and attribution.
- Build brand messaging and storytelling, including founder-led content and customer case studies, and represent the organization at relevant events.

What We're Looking For

- Two to seven years of growth or marketing experience, ideally at early-stage startups, with experience improving acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention across B2C and/or B2B funnels.
- A portfolio with more than two professional projects, including social content, short-form video, and UI/UX design beyond mobile apps.
- Experience with high-intent content and SEO, measurable organic growth, and paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Skills in analytics infrastructure, attribution, experimentation, email and CRM automation, referral programs, and retention marketing.
- Confident on-camera communication and strong writing, design, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in a creative tool such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or Blender, plus working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience marketing trust-heavy or regulated services, such as legal technology, financial technology, or healthcare.
