Dishwasher - Folsom

Fat's Asia Bistro, located in Folsom, CA is looking for individuals to join our team.  We are part of the Fat Family Restaurant Group, owned and operated, serving the Sacramento area for 80+ years.  We are seeking individuals who are passionate about friendly, attentive service and quality.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the cleanliness and stocking of all chinaware, glassware, silverware, cooking pots and pans, utensils and all kitchenware. Clean kitchen equipment. Clean dish room and kitchen floor as directed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure prompt and professional service by following the Fat Family Restaurant Group’s Mission and Vision.

- Clean and sanitize glassware and silverware. Stock at assigned station.

- Scrape, rack and wash dishware, cook ware, pots, pans utensils and other kitchen equipment.

- Set up and breakdown dishwashing machine.

- Clean dishwashing machine thoroughly at end of shift.

- Set up bussing tubs for flatware and other.

- Set up dish racks for glassware.

- Empty and clean all trash cans.

- Clean kitchen walls, ceiling and floors.

- Pull and clean all mats in kitchen.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and stations.

- Clean and degrease hoods.

- Check, clean and restock restrooms.

- Restock all kitchen paper towels, hand soaps and sanitizers.

- Clean dumpster and area around dumpster.

- Clean entrance area and outside employee rest area.

- Perform all other duties assigned by management.

- Adhere and ensure following safety and sanitation standards.

- Conduct personal hygiene and professional appearance check on a daily basis.

- Compliance of health inspection codes, and practice FDA HACCP system.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
