The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Quality Assurance/Testing Systems Analyst builds and implements test cases for the Donor Care Systems team and produces procedural documentation for projects implemented on WWP Warrior Support platform to ensure effective and efficient fundraising and positive donor experiences.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate requirements and build manual test cases to support database integrity, ensure a positive and engaging user experience, and satisfy project business requirements.
- Validate requirements and test cases with WWP Warrior Support teams and maintain high standards of quality for the end user.
- Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning in accordance with established service level agreements.
- Monitor system performance to ensure proper operation.
- Test software performance and monitor performance of quality controls.
- Improve and optimize the quality assurance processes and tools and ensure solutions remain scalable and flexible to meet organizational growth and demands.
- Create and maintain written documentation for testing and end-user procedures.
- Ensure proper functional testing and end-to-end testing is executed.
- Ensure testing data is removed from databases.
- Collaborate with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Provide users with technical support for system related activities.
- Attend and actively participate in required training and/or meetings, including but not limited to New Teammate Orientation, WWP Cares, ASIST Suicide Prevention training, Leadership training, culture/team based training, or departmental huddles.

EXPERIENCE
Requirements
- Two years of process testing experience .
- Two years of technical writing and procedural documentation experience.
Preferences
- One year of experience working with software and hardware vendors.
- One year of experience working with software lifecycles.
- One year of experience in project management.
EDUCATION
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent combination of education, experience, training, and certification may be considered in lieu of degree.
