At Norfolk Iron & Metal, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving efficiently and ensuring customers receive their orders on time. We're looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple teams to drive results.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and prioritize processing jobs to meet customer delivery expectations
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams
- Balance workloads to maximize efficiency and throughput
- Communicate customer priorities across departments
- Investigate customer issues and help identify solutions
- Coordinate receiving paperwork and material flow
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Customer service, production planning, scheduling, or processing experience preferred
