Procurement Team Member - Sustainability Team (French)

Location: Paço de Arcos - Q45, Portugal

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes.

We are currently looking for a responsible and proactive Procurement Team Member to join our Supplier Sustainability Team . Procurement's vision is to give Thales a sustainable competitive advantage worldwide based on Value

creation, Innovation, Business partnerships and Operational Excellence.

Key Responsabilities:

- Manage the supplier conformity email inbox and handle anti-corruption report requests with professionalism and discretion;
- Order and follow up on compliance reports via ADIT.com, tracking deliveries meticulously using Excel tools;
- Proactively monitor ADIT report deadlines, ensuring timely receipt and engaging with vendors when delays occur;
- Oversee Due Diligence Monitoring (DDM) requests, coordinating reminders to Compliance Officers to maintain workflow efficiency;
- Serve as the point of contact for Compliance Officers, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth communication.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree;
- Proven experience or strong interest in compliance and procurement processes;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (mandatory);
- High degree of autonomy, reliability, and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism;
- Skilled at navigating complex interactions with Compliance Officers tactfully and diplomatically;
- Comfortable working with and managing Excel-based tracking tools;
