Job Summary

The Specialty Territory Manager plans, develops, and manages the execution of commercial initiatives to attain or exceed sales targets established by the management team.​

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in driving our mission forward. The following responsibilities outline the core expectations and contributions for this position:

- Achieve 100% of monthly, quarterly, annual sales plan.​

- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in accordance with company goals and objectives; optimize available selling tools (marketing collateral, product brochure, trunk stock, demo product, iPad videos, etc.).​

- Drive demand for products by:

- Attaining Hospital Formulary approvals

- Gaining exposure to Health Care Providers and driving brand preference and loyalty​.

- Driving prescriptions, and Discharge Orders.​

- Community Awareness (events).

- Partnership Development (Distribution, manufacturing, home care)​.

- Service – sampling, and one-by-one strategy​.

- Ongoing technical training and support to customers (In-Services).​

- Competent contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff. ​

- Analyze and report to your manager and/or others (weekly & monthly) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools (email, iPad, company laptop).​

Physical Demands & Work Environment

- Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 12 pounds.

- While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee will be required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs.

- This role is primarily performed in a remote office setting and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or standing) for extended periods.

- The employee will work in a home-office environment and travel to medical offices, clinics, hospitals, and other meeting locations. The role requires up to 90% field travel throughout the assigned territory, including up to 50% overnight travel.

The salary range for this position is $74-900-135,000K USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. About You

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable them to excel in this position. The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.​

- A minimum of 1-8 years of recent sales or equivalent related work experience, aligned with the level of the role.

- Registered Dietitian preferred.​

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strategic thinking and problem solving​.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills​.

- Negotiation and analytic skills​.

- Possess a proactive attitude, initiative, and drive to learn. ​

- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.​

- Must possess computer skills with a keen understanding of business software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, email, and calendar. ​
